Clean and spacious room, friendly staff, free parking, close to Big C supermarket and Chiang Rai's biggest shopping mall, free simple breakfast, fridge and air-con in room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the cleanliness of the room, the friendly staff, the free parking, and the convenient location to the mall with an excellent food court where the locals eat. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the included breakfast, which consisted of toast, tea, coffee, butter. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
Nothing to complain about at all.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was evident throughout. The location, although far from the city centre, was convenient as it was close to a major shopping mall where I discovered an excellent food court that the locals frequent. The staff provided excellent service and the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable king-sized beds. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, offering a simple yet satisfying start to the day.
No major issues were found during my stay.

This hotel offers excellent value for money. The prices are very reasonable for what you get - spacious, clean rooms with a comfortable king-sized bed. The hotel's attention to detail is impressive, with basic amenities provided such as a fridge in the room and a hot shower that works well. Additionally, the location is convenient, with a big supermarket and a large shopping mall nearby, where you can find an excellent food court that locals frequent.

The room was clean and quite spacious. the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well. the hotel was located close to a large mall where locals go to eat and shop.
The staff did not speak much English. This made it difficult for me to communicate my needs, especially when I needed to arrange a taxi to the airport.

The bed was comfortable and the room was nice, big, and clean. I also appreciated having a fridge in the room. the hot shower worked well, providing a nice way to relax after a long day of exploring the city.
English was not well spoken by the staff, making it difficult to communicate and arrange transportation. It became especially challenging when trying to book a taxi to the airport at night.
